Drove the Dragontail
 

Hi all, Just wanted to encourage anyone that lives in the East TN or Western NC area to take a day trip to the Cherohala Skyway and drive the Dragontail.

The wife and I drove it this past weekend in our 13 DIB Vert GT,MT, and had a blast, the scenery was great, only saw one officer, and the traffic was mostly motorcycles.

I have to say I have never driven a car that handles this well, the combination of 5.0 power and Brembo brakes was pretty awesome.

IMO, the 2013 Mustang is a true sports car, it can handle a curve or a any straightaway with ease and just feels good when you drive it! What a CAR!

Tail of the Dragon is a fun ride. My aunt and uncle live in Robbinsville NC at the end of the dragon. Started driving that road many moons ago.

Glad you had a good time, been there a few times myself. Absolutly love the skyway.
