They finally had an open test day at the LV strip. Took my 22 GT, bone stock, and ran a 12.5. Not great, but not bad. So many variables with that car, put in
drag mode, traction control on/off etc. Traction control tricky, one pass it just shut down half way down, was told it was traction control "protecting" me. On another
pass with it off I almost lost control half way down. Lowered psi and kept traction control off on best pass. Still experimenting (when I get the chance), I know
there is more in the car, want to get to 12.1 or so (what motor trend) says it will do. Oh yeah, its a 10 speed auto. All told, it was a great, finally back at a track.
