There should be rules to stop people that are not going to keep what they win. She does not deserve to win it if she is going to sell it.

What if she can't afford to pay the tax on it? Should entries be limited only to people who can afford to keep it? That doesn't seem fair to me.

Think about it this way, someone else that really wanted it got it for probably a good deal!
