One of the best ones I have gotten was from a guy in a Lowes parking lot. I parked next to his Scion something? He walks up asking what it was (no badges) told him and talked for a few minutes and he said when his car grows up that's what it wants to be.

The Notch is up on jack stands. Started the 5 lug swaps front and back about a month ago but haven't had time to get any work done.

The funny thing is I've been at a stop light more than once in the Notch and had offers to sell it. That's pretty cool.

I think I'm going to have to steal that "blow hitler" line.
Living in Italy I get lots of stares, and many compliments I can't understand (yeah my Italian sucks).
But once while filling up the tank I had a young guy come over and ask permission to photograph my pony.

Just remembered another story:
Back in June I was at the car wash, after dark (it was in the 90's during the day and didn't cool off until an hour after sundown). I was in a vacuum stall, drying it off when a little hooptie pulls in two stalls down. A couple of guys get out, and try talking to me in Italian, then Russian. After they figured out I'm ignorant (like I mentioned before, my language skills are terrible), one of them asks in broken English:
"What kind of Ferrari is that?"
No kidding.
They stuck around for another 10 minutes asking about the car, bummed some smokes then left. (Which was a relief - I was worried they were going and try and jack my ride!)

It seems like the people that are attracted to this car aren't so bright, but none the less people love it. The other day I was driving in front of Walmart and a worker was next to me looking my at back and forth and I cracked the window as she said "pri-tee-car!" I also get asked at literally every gas station if it's blue printed or a motor swap. I also get "do a muh fugin burnout!!!!!!!, whooaaa!!!" lmao! I love rednecks.
