Another Cars and Coffee Mustang Burnout Gone Wrong

I'm of the opinion that anyone who wants to own a vehicle over a certain HP should be required to own a separate license, one that is far more stringent in its testing than the DL test that we all have to pass now. I'd like to see Finland's driver license test brought over here for anyone who wants to own a powerful car. Ultimately it would limit sales of these kinds of cars, because many of the incompetent, young, inexperienced fools driving Mustangs and Camaros and Challengers wouldn't be able to legally own them, but those driving them aren't going to be causing wrecks in them either.

I once saw a kid driving a dodge Grand Caravan(with spinners. Yes,spinners) try to play WRC and he slid into 2 parked cars.
Doesn't matter how powerful the vehicle is. Douchebags will be douchebags.

Not disputing that, but I'd prefer not to be labeled a ****ing idiot just because of what I drive. It would help the reputation of people who drive these machines.
