After 3 l-o-n-g months, it's here!
I am picking up my baby at 5:00 this afternoon- in 45 minutes! The Feds decided to choose my car on which to do some testing, so it was delayed in arriving. But, in 45 long minutes it will finally be mine! I went in and paid for it earlier today, but the dealer had to do its pre-delivery inspection and whatever else they do to it- like put their advertising on the rear-end. LOL So, now I can quit whining!
I am on a long road trip tomorrow, so will post photos in a few days. Yahoo!

The dealer told us that delivery was delayed because the US Gov't- probably something to do with EPA- pulled it from the line-up after it was built to do some testing. Did they lie to me? Was it an excuse because they promised 6-8 week delivery and it took 12 weeks? You tell me! LOL

Anyway, we drove it 7 hours today and it was great. Too hot to have the top down, though! Maybe later this evening it will be more comfortable.
Thanks everyone for your good wishes!

New car paranoia
You do not mention your line of work? Do you work for a govt agency with a three letter initial?

The car was titled to the dealer, not me, so I don't think there is any surveillance equipment on it! Plus, I am an old retired woman who is very boring, so my conversations about grandchilddren would put them to sleep. zzzzzzz

The 4th Amendment frog is slowly being cooked unless people stand up.
If they want to track me they can get a warrant.
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
