Anyone else on here have a problem with their rear window defroster on their convertible? The connection on one side fell off. Ford refuses to fix it under warranty even though the dealer says it should be a warranty issue. Gotta laugh as Ford just sent me 2 letters asking me to take out an extended warranty on this car and a 2012 Focus. Why would I do that at this point, so they can deny more claims??
