Good afternoon all,

Just wanted to give a brief update as to whats going on with the site slowness and disconnects. The parent company has had a site that was experiencing a large number of service issues, which in turn was resulting in other sites on their network to experience problems. They are working to resolve as quickly as possible and our service should be returning to normal throughout the afternoon.
