I just purchased a 2015 Ecoboost a few days ago and for some reason the USB on the center stack shows a error when I plug a charging cord in. I have tried 4 different cords including a Samsung cord which is the brand of my phone. It also doesn't charge the phone. Yet it knows my phone is connected because it show it on the screen. Any assistance would be appreciated.
