From MOPAR to Mustang
ey Fellas,
Well I guess this is as good as a place as any to begin. I recently traded in my 2007 Charger R/t for a 08SGT2111, mainly because I wanted a 2 door, 5 speed, TRUE muscle car and found one that was too good to pass up. I was pretty active on the Charger website, but got truly sick of the fakes on people who really ruined the "heart" of that car. I've always loved Mustangs, I part own a 1971 Mach 1 with my dad and my first car was a 1994/1995 Mustang GT with the 302 auto (Don't remember what year). Blew up 3 weeks after owning it do to a rod going right into orbit, haha. Anywho I've read some of the topics and post by this community and I really like seeing the closeness you all have, hope to meet some great people Also I am from the Phila area so if any of you are local, let me know!! |
Speaking if. What happened to Mopar? I haven't seen him lately.

Welcome to the site!
I traded in my '07 Charger R/T AWD for my Mustang and I love the stang .... I loved the Charger too, but after many issues including blowing up the (modded) engine in early 2012 and paying for THAT repair, I couldn't see myself waiting for the next big thing to go, and made a change ... and I love being able to drop the clutch, stick the rear-end sideways and burn rubber all day if I want to. Of course, I don't do any of those things though .... LMAO . |
