I signed up yesterday so I could find out more about my ordered Mustang GT vert. I'm hopeful that, when (or if) the car ever arrives, I'll be able to ask you guys for help and info! Right now, however, all I can do is wait... and wait... and wait. It's been about 10 weeks of waiting and no love from my dealer. <sigh>

Dude - you're closer than I am. I pulled the trigger yesterday on a 2014 GT vert as well. Now I have to settled in for along wait and the extra weeks due to the holidays - but it will be worth it. After having 2 Mustangs (pre-wife and kids) I'm stoked - getting the garaged cleaned out now and selling a lot of junk I don't need anymore.

Oh, my garage is very ready! When I ordered the thing, it was early september, sunny and 80 outside. Now they are forecasting snow. I'll get the car and have to immediately put it under wraps! Well, not quite immediately...

I hear on this forum that there is a Ford goddess out there who can track these cars. If she's real, maybe someday she can help. I can't get any info from my salesman. Not even a VIN. Every time I call, he say's he will get back to me, then - nothing.

So now I wait like a kid sitting at the fireplace, listening for sleigh bells!

Congrats and welcome. 10 weeks and no word on it is ridiculous. Have you talked to the manager? I used this website to find my build date. Maybe you can contact them to find something out without a vin.

I called them again today at 6 and left a message for my salesman. At 8:00 he calls back... The car is in! They just unloaded it. Now I have to wait a day or two for dealer prep.

Screw that, I'm headed in tomorrow!

Yeah don't let em touch it!!!! Call them first thing in the morning and tell them you're on the way in to pick it up. Congrats on the purchase.

congrats on your ride being delivered and for shore don't let them wash, buff or do anything else to it. Don't mount the front plate.... no touch = no touch :)

I spent an hour and a half at the dealer, doing what you do at the dealer at times like this. All is well! Due to my schedule and the potential for SNOW, I'm leaving it there for a day... maybe a bit longer. I snapped a photo while there and am trying to upload it here...
