Delicioso Fishioso...

Fish night : I call it 'Tuna Romano'. Tuna loin chops fried in olive oil with garlic, shallots, thyme, rosemary and s&p. Lemon juice squeezed on halfway through and strawberry tomatoes added. Let the tuna rest for a few minutes and fry up the polenta in the same pan. Add some organic tomato sauce and there you have it. The herbs and garlic from my garden still. It was DELICIOUS

Broiled some boneless pork chops on the George Foreman, alongside some collard greens and diced potatoes. Also some end-of-the-season sliced tomatoes; man, I'm gonna miss those! Frost & freeze coming this week.

Went to my buddy's bbq joint and picked up a big box of ribs. God I've missed it while I was gone.
