This is one of my favorite dishes but i seldom share it with anyone, because swordfish is expensive and DELICIOUS. I am going to try real hard to share it next time with my mom when she visits

I'm having the salmonella special.
(After I don gloves and a mask to wash/brine the chicken in salt water, fumigate the sink afterwards, then burn the hell out of the bird on the grill to make sure its well past 165*. Thanks to filthy food processors from low life central California valley and their disgusting labor force! )
