Pulled chicken with white wine and mushroom cream sauce on pappardelle pasta. This meal literally had me in tears...i chopped my pinky while dicing onion, then I accidentally grabbed the pan handle after removing it from the oven, searing all the fingers and thumb on my right hand LOL. My guests were none the wiser
