Redneck Mustang vs ??????

This question goes beyond Mustangs, but I have 2 examples with using Mustangs to share:

The driver of this Mustang would probably be labeled a Redneck by many, going along with the idea of lifted trucks, big tires, etc.

Then what do you call the driver of this:

(A "Donk" Mustang")

So drivers of lifted trucks/cars with large tires are considered rednecks by many, so drivers of lifted trucks/cars with large rims are what?

They are both lifted, both have over sized tires or wheels, and both are usually for show. It just doesn't make sense...

That is pretty much my point exactly. No matter how you look at either one, they both just don't make sense.
