Picture I took at the base motorpool here in Iraq. Quality is poor, but with all the dust in the air, the lights give off an aura.

That is the Carson Mansion, in Eureka, CA.
Built by lumber baron William Carson during the Victorian era.
It is now a private club, The Ingomar Club.
Until recently a men's only club, but they've changed the rules and women are members too.

A little more history:
They need a new chef.
I did a 5 course demo a couple of weeks ago.
I'm in the running with 3 other guys for that position, or the position of Sous Chef (second chef).
I hope to hear good news by the end of the month.
It is a much sought after job.
The last Chef was there 17 years, and just retired.

Some hail pics from our storm Thursday night! The pics are 12 hours after the storm. The pile is about four feet in diameter and 8 inches high. The single stone is just smaller than a golf ball after 12 hours outside. Granted it did drop down to 46 degrees that night.

Couldn't be Victory! I didn't see a BK in the picture! Stay safe!
