I ordered sill letters from him and he said he shipped it out..2 weeks later nothing..emailed him and got "another" set sent out and showed up couple days later.Also ordered the "smoke tail lenses" and the exact same thing happeded!..Happy with the products, but the service was not all that good IMO.

Sorry for the spotty shipment time on some of the interior dress-up items. These items are shipped via the US Postal Service by the manufacturer and as we all know sometimes the USPS can be a little slow. We usually ask our customers to allow 7-10 business days for delivery and if they do not arrive at that point we assume it is lost in the mail and we will send out a new set free of charge. Most of our customers get their stuff in under 5 days.

Hey nino...thanks for the help over the phone regarding the bassani x-pipe.
And I can vouch for shipment. I ordered the Bassani Axleback on a Tuesday, and I got it on thursday. Insanely fast.

I ordered my Bassani axle-back kit from them. Excellent price and great customer service. There was some kind of mix-up in shipping mine, some miscommunication, so it arrived a week late. They were very apologetic and polite though. I will be doing business with them again.
