According to IGN EA will be releasing a new need for speed on November 15th, it's called Need For Speed: The Run.

Check out the cover!!!

And yes that's the 2012 Shelby GT 500 Super Snake.

Sweet...wonder what's it's gonna be about..the new need for speed games have been crappy..

Some have, but I really liked hot pursuit. I feel like they are getting their act together.
Hoping the same for the new one.

I dont know, I'm really digging SHIFT hands down over GT5 right now. GT5 is an awesome simulator but it lacks the visceral feel that SHIFT has.

The new NFS Shift games are nice....but I can't overlook the terrible 6 speed shifter and clutch implementation. Not to mention the poor implementation of head tracking via TrackIR.

I was never a fan of the SHIFT side of NFS. If I wanted an actual race simulator I would stick to Gran Turismo or Grid. NFS should stick to it's bread and butter, STREET RACING.
