Ford Credit
Anyone else trade in their car with ford and get a email from ford credit saying your previous car has a past due balance?
I traded in my 08 GT over a year ago and I'm sure the finance people did their job and calculate the correct payoff, I got emails from ford credit saying my old car has a past due amount, I called the 800-727-7000 number and it's busy signal. What is going on?

Thanks for the update. I got two of these e-mails this morning, when my most recent payment had been applied back on the 15th. They must've been hacked. If so, I sure hope everyone's personal info wasn't compromised.

Just got the follow up email stating that it was an error:
"You are receiving this email in follow-up to a "Payment Reminder" email or emails you received today from us. The notes were sent in error and should be disregarded.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
