It looks really good. It looks like it will be along the lines of Black Hawk Down, which is one of my all time favorites.

Just curious to see what others are thinking about this movie.

Looks like a good one, i been planning to see it. A more realistic look at war than all the ultra-patriotic movies hopefully.

I don't know what to think about it...is it gonna be a good, honest war movie?

Or is it gonna be some skewed look at war and make a commentary about what's currently going on?

Well its based off operation desert shield and desert storm, so its showing what happened in a 10yr old war. Hopefully it will not be reflecting on current day events.

Ya...but its Hollywood. You never know what they'll inject.

I hope its like BlackHawk down or Saving Private Ryan.

Definitely plan to see it, but not in the theater.

Looks good - I plan to see it too, but once it's out on DVD. I'm sceptic to see if it's accurate or typical Hollywood anti-war propaganda. (sp?)

My fingers are crossed for a good movie that actually portrays our soldiers risking their lives as brave, intelligent, honorable men and women, rather than mindless sheep being led to a massacre as has been recently portrayed.

Looks good, but i've never really bought into the hollywood war movies. Full Metal Jacket is about the only one that i can honestly say i absolutly loved. Then again, im always up for new things, so who knows..can't really judge it till you see it :P

Yeah I told my friend were seeing it on friday. :jester: I love the part of the commercial where the shell lands next to him and he just blinks.

i am planning on seeing either it or saw 2 on saturday......i saw the fog....ITS TERRIBLE!!!!
