Last I heard we already know who the current Stig is, as well as previous ones... I'll be back with some answers in a sec.

Perry McCarthy was the "black stig". As is written in his book.

lol, even those who've talked to the Stig in person seems to have a different opinion. I'm starting to buy the mutli-stig line.
