This makes my day. Thanks for the info. Why should Americans be punished when almost every other country in the world has no restrictions on anything. Outside of the EU I sure can't think of many besides a few. Environmentalists seem to think that the air stays in the same place and that we don't share Russian or Chinese air. :shakehead:

California Will Be Throwing a Hissy Fit Over This! I Can't Wait To See What Effect We Get in a State That Currently Requires Smogs Back To 1976! Bunch o Crap! Thats Whay Most of My Old Stuff is in The 64-74 Range. Do Have Some Newer But They are all Still Stock Smog Equipped!
They Are Trying To Loosen Up A Bit and Go To 1986 With a Bill But That Got Gutted and Now They are Working Going Back To 1981!
