My 280Z
I like the HybridZ forum. Spent a lot of time lurking, learning, and dreaming of doing a engine conversion for the Z I'll never have. Pretty good info to be found even if not planning on a motor swap.
Somebody on another forum practically swapped the majority of a BMW (forget which chassis code) M3's suspension (IIRC, rear end and front spindles) into a Z but that was A LOT of work.

As an aside, I'd love to see the Z car return to the smaller, lighter, trimmer size and proportions of the original. The current car just looks a bit bloated and pudgy to my eyes, not trim and muscular like the Gen I.

Sweet Z! I bought a 280Z back in high school as my first project car for $300 bucks. Needless to say it was just a pile of scrap iron haha. But I learned a valuable lesson and I'd love to own another one some day.
What I loved most about the 240, 260, 280Z's was beating the pants off Datsun's 6 cyl with my J-H/Lotus 4 banger! LOTUS FTW!!!
