Microsoft and Ford

Oh no

I just saw an ad during Lou Dobbs on CNN bragging about the new voice activation capabilities of SYNC.

Gee if it works as well as Vista you can probably expect at least one Blue Screen of Death a week on the radio and the voice recognition to shut off your car and call your mom when your fast food order is read back to you at the drive through.

I agree. Apple would have been a much better choice.

Rumor has it that apple has worked with jag on the XF as well as currently designing the new touch screen system for vw's. all i can say is when is apple going to have an aftermarket carputer? And when is the third version coming out so i can almost afford one?

after all of that i think the ford sync could still be a ery neat device. i will hopefully be able to check one out later this week

well it would also include an extremely easy to use interface, never crash, work faster, longer, and it would inegrate well into anything you'll use it with. although it would be overpriced, impossible to get fixed for a reasonble price in the very odd event there was an issue. Parts would be rediculous, and there would be absolutely no support outside of an apple store, or with a total software update that would make you lose everything you have set on it.

hmmmm, i would still most likely go with apple. as long as i could afford it
