I have a convertible. I'll just put the top down. Problem solved.

We picked up
2 Life Hammers 2 Life Hammers
from Amazon several years ago. Hopefully we never have to use them.

There are usually several tragedies in the Indianapolis area every year with people sliding into retention ponds.

Is it a snorkeling tube? I dont snorkel, so how would that help if you are submerged? My thought is if I'm conscious and I see myself going in. I'm immediately rolling down the windows, popping the seat belt and crawling through the window asap. If for some reason the seat belt wont release, the life hammer has a cutter on one end. The car should float for a few seconds to let me execute my plan.

I hope I never have to use my plan....but at least I've thought about it.
