Maybe it's a way to widen the fenders to accept the wider rubber? Or if its just a decal, well not to be subtle, pfffffft

. Not all mods are tastefully done.. beauty in the eye of the beholder.....wheels are nice though

The sticker takes away from the lines of the car. It looks too busy. Why clutter up a car with nice lines?

On the positive side, I see a shaker hood on it, which looks nice.
