HA HAAAAAAAAAAAA
I "tried" to like the new style Camaro when they came out with the 5th gen. I think it is an ugly, ugly car. I saw one yesterday in town and I don't like it at all, interior wise or exterior wise. Saw another one today coming home from killing it at the gym, (as usual, :nice:), and it is an ugly car. That's just my opinion. :D

The Z/28 is a beautiful looking car and that LS7

The new 2016 camaro is beautiful from an exterior point. GM did a great job on the design. Far nicer looking than the S550 model from an exterior stand point. No nasty looking horrible rear end like the S550.

The LS7 was definitely the best part of that car, its too bad the Z/28 was the engine's swan song and GM went with the LT4 in the C7 Z06 but the LS7 was about as far as a big displacement high revving OHV V8 could go in OE emissions compliant form.

IMO from the C pillar back is the best part of the S550. The A pillar and forward is where the S550 lets me down. Its not bad looking but the concessions made for euro pedestrian regulations leaves it bulbous looking and the nose sits too high in the air.

The car would have definitely been sleeker looking if Ford hadn't been constrained by the regulations.

Still over all again IMO definitely a good execution.

My biggest problem with the 6th gen is the one I've had since the 90's - I'm sick and tired of the 69 'maro! Through the 80's and well into the 90's magazines ran those cars ad nauseam and it was a running joke (Hot Camaro - Camaro Craft - Popular Camaro).

GM has so much to pick from in terms of heritage its a shame they didn't draw more from it.

IMHO the S550 has four camps those that love it, despise it, dislike the nose or dislike the rear. :yup:

I agree. The best looking and road handling Camaro in my opinion.
