Hmmm, personally I don't care for the new Rapide single grille. The upper grille with, split by a "bumper" with the smaller, lower grille underneath is more pleasing to my eye......................and I hope that's how S550 will go.
Also, that new grille is going to look odd with a license plate "floating" in the middle

Ok I have to say this..and man it really really pains me to.
But what were you guys thinking with that grille?
The very first thing I thought was holy crap that looks like the Cayenne nose.
It also looks like Buddy Jesus to me with that big toothy grin
I think I much prefer the 2 slot grille of the outgoing model

It's ok, though I wonder how well it will handle a front plate in areas that require it. The problem to me is that the length-to-height ratio is off. On the One77 the look works because it's wider and a little shorter.

I agree, the original grille was better.
There was talk at the launch of the new grille meeting EU pedestrian crash regs............I can only hope the old one didn't and that's why they changed it.

my fear with that paul is that the rest of the line might eventually go the same way. Lets hope not. I haven't lost faith in Aston by any stretch..this is just a small WTF moment for me. Kinda like that IQ thing they made.

Oh no... Just no. While Porsche has somewhat redeemed itself with the Panamera wagon, AM just had to pull this. Maserati Quattroporte has re-taken the crown for best-looking sedan in this segment.
