Car is home,

Benji started it up this morning and no high rev problems....thats a first in a long time,

Got it up on the Creek Turnpike and drove it around for 45 minutes , no problems,

He feels that if I still have problems then it is with the throttle wire system....yesterday David suggested that I checked that out

My turnpike problem yesterday could have been the new tune for the new gears and no gears installed yet, and going to fast.....you were right David

He did say that we had to be careful with these tunes because it doesn't take much to have a corrupt file and screw up the car computer, you were right Paul,

Anyway he said any more problems to bring it in and they will fix it and also suggested that if there is another problem to put the factory tune back in and the factory air cleaner and drive it and see if there are problems..the best way to determine if the problem is a bad tuner file or Ford, you were right Paul,

Would like to thank my two crew chiefs for there help and advise,

Oh, the "RED RYD" is not just a bling machine anymore, it runs wild now.

Paul, I once again told Benji that you would get your gears next Wednesday or Thursday and when you got your tracking # for a delivery date you would call him and set up an install date,

He is waiting for the BLUE VISTA".

Paul from the picture of you in scuba class you would really be a hit in the big house.

Glad to hear everything seems to be working now!

Momma is about to live on the Edge. It came in this morning. We're going to pick it this afternoon. Momma is happy. And you know the old saying...

I'm thinking of painting my cam covers this weekend. Color is limited with the high heat stuff so what do you guys think as far as color?

that looks pretty good. I was thinking somthing along those lines but with a stick on badge of some sort rather than a decal. I am also going to order a OE engine cover "powered by ford". I figure it's worth the 70 bucks or so.

If your careful the gaskets on these new style covers are reuseable right?

Yes you can reuse the gaskets, would think the heat would eventually get to the adhesive of an emblem...coat of high temp clear, decal and then another coat of high temp clear,

What I did with the pony decals on my calipers and has worked great

Good luck, got to go

Polish them baby! Or.. what is your secondary color???

Picked up the Edge tonight. Momma likes, Daddy Likes. It's going to be great for road trips. Rides great and while it's no Stang, it's not too shabby in the power dept. 265hp... Tons of options! Heated seat, dual air, seat memory, Vista (no relation) roof or what the engineers at Ford call it "The BAMR" (Big *** Moon Roof) etc. Ford did a good job. Hopefully the Fusion, Stang and Edge will help in their recovery.

I heard a rumor that Bob used to run cattle out fort sumner way. Is that true Bob? The same fella told me he thought you also used to run the chow line out at Pete Maxwells place. Is this also true?
