I went into the new wheels cautiously as the wife (as you know) is quite the car gal. I picked out 3 different styles and colors that I liked, and then let her pick. Yeah I know, but as they say "Happy wife, happy life".

PLEASE DO !!!!

When you get to 5,000 let us know, you are too close to the 867 miles I have on my 2007 Pony Package.

There's not enough room on this forum for 2 crazy mustang owners. That's my title.

Original owner here with 113k on my 2009 Pony. Iíve driven it through all 48 states, including road trips of 10,000 and 8,000 miles. This year I drove it on a 2,500 mile road trip while moving from CA to NC. Itís been very reliable on all my cross country adventures!
Only issues Iíve had are the thermostat housing, a/c leak, power steering, and rack and pinion unit. Those were all covered under my Ford ESP warranty, and fortunately they all happened locally!
Iíve added the metal thermostat housing so that issue wonít bite me again. I also had the common problem with the inside door panel coming unglued.

Hey guys,

I'm the 2nd owner of a 2005 ford mustang v6 automatic and have had it for about 4.5 years now. I bought it at 91,500 and it's now at 161,700 and mechanically in fantastic shape. Now I'm just battling all of the seals going bad and water getting into the car. Hopefully I can keep it going for a long while yet!

Welcome to the forum Dan. Yep, age does get to all of us along the way. You can check our vendors here, American Muscle, CJ Pony Parts, etc. You should be able to get the seals, and weatherstripping you need to correct your problems.

Very nice '07, looks like new! But it looks like you need new seats, they are all fuzzy.

Seats are a little worn at the bottom, right hand back side from sliding in and out of the car.

Mine also my friend. Just part of the driving experience.

BTW, love the black with red interior. Classic.

Aren't they all?

I was joking about the blurry focus, the seats actually look great.

Or maybe it is my eyes?

"you must have been drinking too much, you're all blurry" LOL
