Video of quick rip in car with Go Pro camera
I bought a Go Pro Hero camera last week and finally had some time to play with it. This is the first video using the suction cup mount. I have another from the rear that I am trying to up load later and will post looking towards the back going up to 180 kmh. Be sure to click on the HD mode
I can't wait to get on the track and use it in July. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wl-tQRYIauM |

Bought the camera on Ebay for $258 with free shipping. Check it out at www.gopro.com I did, and was hooked instantly. I plan to take all kinds of footage on the race track from different angles and then attempt to edit it together in one video.

I know a Go Pro stuck to the lower quarter stays on at speeds up to 115 mph :p That suction cup is pretty dern good (as well as the paint adhereing to the quarter panel). I use the GoPro Wide, a really nice camera. I can't wait for some of the new attatchments to come out (namely the LCD display, which I hope also comes with a patch cord for remote viewing).
On the "I wish it would somehow come true" department, it would be neat if the Go Pro guys and say G-Tech could work out some sort of data aquisition overlay! |
nice video and sounds great too!
