That is a silly question.
I'm pretty sure it has to be 18"(an 18" donut though). Otherwise the car would be a little lop-sided and would be good for the car. Has to have the same ride height as stock wheels.

Just went out and looked. its on the door panel 185/60r17 60psi.
27.3 stock diameter 25.7 spare diameter
And no, spares do not need to be the same diameter. Hardly ever are they unless a Full size
