Update! Fixed my battery draw issue. Moved the power line from the data plug from the EPAS from fuse 43 to 42. Now it starts when I turn the key and shuts down when off. The car now rests at 0.045 amp after it goes to sleep. 3 years tracking and trying to figure it out... Three freaking years! Haha.
