Can anyone tell me what the relay block is that is mounted on the PS strut tower of an 08 GT. It is probably on all S197's I am not sure. I need a new housing the tabs are broke off of mine, but I am not sure what it is called or what the relay inside controls.

I do not know how to post pics but by looking at underhood photos on ebay it looks like it may be a relay for HID's I noticed it looks like it is only on HID cars. CAn anyone confirm this?

 

Is it the ballast?
