Mustang Pedals

Hope everyone is having a good day :nice:

Question: I have a 2007 GT/CS that has the black rubber pedals. What are the rest of you buying to upgrade the pedals on your manual transmission Mustangs?

Thanks in advance for your replies and photos if you care to share!

Regards,

Phil

I'm all stock here (except for the shaker hood) but if I was buying I would really like these. They would match the interior real well too.

Thanks! I have been looking at them as well and I like the look. Some of the ones that are not OEM have the stick on gas pedal and I am a bit concerned about those. I wonder if they would stay stuck on?

I have the pedals shown above on my 2007 gt they came from factory with the interior upgrade package. Love them after seven years and 40,000 miles pedals still look brand new. Also your interior will keep the factory stock look.

Thanks Irv. Good to know that they last!

Are they slippery if you have wet feet or winter drive?

No. And you can get a dead pedal to match that set.

The GT500 pedal covers aren't all that exciting. If I were looking to upgrade, I'd likely do these:

The metal/race looking pedals that you need to drill holes to install look cool, but I like the stock pedals that came in my Bullitt. I've also had the above pedal covers in my '07 GT and never had any issues with them.

They're the same ones as in the GT500; I have 'em in both the Bullitt and the KR. They work, but look cheap, compared to these.

The absolute best!!! I put them on my car way back in the day (2006) and they still look great. Just have to clean them up a little. :nice:

I like the idea of the UPR covers to give the OE look but have rubber on the top/bottom of the go pedal. I may just buy some 3rd party aluminum pedals at PepBoys if they look like the 94-04 Cobra/Bullitt pedals and I can find a matching dead pedal.
