not a 2010 concept pic, see the thread in the '10 forum on this car. it was design exercise by some italian dude (too lazy to look to spell his name right). his other cars have not been indications of how the production car they are based on will turn out in the past. however, this car is sweet looking and i hope the next 'stang is taking notes!

Phew, that's the Guigaro Mustang...not an '10.

If that's what the next Mustang looks like, then I'll be buying a Corvette, instead of another 'Stang.

the rear reminds me of a 350Z
the rear fenders are inspired by the upcoming Challenger or Camaro

i like the glass roof!

it's pretty nice, just not a Mustang!

I was thinking someone made a Mustang model out of silly puddy then squished it and said "Hey that would make a great concept car!" Wonder if you could transfer the funnies onto that car and pull it all out of shape.

actually the car is very sick in person, the pics Ford released definately doesnt do it justice, they have wierd angles and make the car look like things like a BMW and such which it doesnt at all. They seriously need a new photographer over there, because I dont like the pics they use for the S197s, especially in their catalogs, makes them look fat and disproportionate, which they did again in their pics here. Hopefully the ones I took better show off the car, working on getting them up now. The car is bad ****. The rear emblem not only has a camera in it for backing up but also lights up as the reverse light. The interior is real horse hair, which looks cool but would suck to have. It also has a SC, looks like a whipple, couldnt tell because of the crowds, the short time the hood was up and the decorative cover in the engine bay. I also have vids. Oh and Richard misunderstood me when I sent him those pics from my cell phone. I told him the thread was in the 2010 section and not a 2010 car. I sent the pics from the phone so that hopefully you guys can get FIRST look at it from the show before they unveiled it several hours later.

well I guess I am the only one on here that likes it, I do know that through talking about it with my friends, members of my club based on the previously released pics and the fact that it was a HUGE hit at the show most people like it, seems not to be the case here though. I do think some things on the car need to be changed and if it were to go into production I think the obvious things they would have to change would mellow it out just enough to be perfect.

i'd have to say i like it... everyone here knows, concept car or not, it won't be the same as the production... never is... in the vids they said exercise to give ideas for the future. The Doors, yea I would hav to disagree with, the horse hair neat idea but i think it might be a tad itchy. Roof love it, suppose to be some type of crystal that blocks 100% uv rays.
Well at least ford can say they have something to battle the camero with...
4.6 SC est 500 horses ...

Oh and those who are saying looks like the camero concept with a badge on it... i recall reading some threads when the camero concept was released that it looked like a mustang with chevy on it.... wish you peeps would make up your minds

C'mon guys, we gotta evolve or die.
It has a hot, sexy, modern look, but still retains alot of the Mustang styling cues. You can't look at it and not see the 'stang in it.
I like it.

You aren't the only ones here that like it, I can't get enough of it. Theres a few things I'd change, sure, but I still think its awesome.

I guess they repainted the hood before they took it to the show, in the pictures it had a black bulge.
