Question

OMG I can't begin to tell you how my day was shattered by a fellow Mustang owner. I'm on my way to school this morning, minding my own business. I'm halfway to school driving down the white horse rd in Vorhee's when a fellow 99-04 Mustang GT owner starts to come up in my rear view mirror. The light turns red and we both come up to the light, he pulls up to my right and I give him a salute to being a fellow mustang owner. He then nodded his head side to side with this disgusting look on his face, like he was about to pull a gun out on me, or like I did something wrong to him. I don't take dirty looks too well, but once the light turn green, I pretty much gassed ahead of him trying to keep my distance. The guy had to be in his late 30's.
Going the speed limit (50), the jerk then speeds up again on my right side, then he paces with me, and once I turn and look at him, he gives me two middle fingers!!! WTF!?!?!?!?! Then he gased up ahead of me doing like 70-80. I could not believe this guy! Once again we were approaching a traffic light and I tried to roll down my window to see what his problem was, he kept starring straight ahead and never looked at me. I then immediately waited 3 seconds after the light turned green, spun out in the intersection and floored it, cut him off aggressively and weaved in and out of traffic away from this jerk. After that, he turned off and never saw him again. Just unbelievable that a fellow Mustang owner was rude to give me two fingers for no apparent reason, minding my own business, could it be a jealousy factor??????? I dunno........that pretty much made my day........

Well today I was told by a fellow Mustang driver at school that she didn't like my car. Of course, I heard later it was because she was jelous.

Some people have such small minds! Don't let it get to you, enjoy your ride. Happy Trails

You got this guy all wrong. It's the Thanksgiving week long celebration. That's why he threw you the bird!
Hey now it's the giving season so return the gesture!

My wifes daily driver is the '05 Stang. Today while I was driving my '98 F-150 I spotted a Black 2005 Mustang V6. I honked my horn and gave him a thumbs up as I went by. That V-6 looked great and I just had to let him know. By far we have gotten way more "thumbs-up" than the "bird".

hmm, not surprised. Having lived in Jersey for over 2 years, consider getting twin birds as a trip from the Welcome Wagon. "Dat guy ain't got no frickin' class!!!"

Maybe he was just trying to tell you that he was driving an '02?

Some people just can't get over the fact that some of us ordered so long ago we already have ours. We get way more of this and this with the occasional or
Maybe they were telling you you're number 1 twice

People are weird behind the wheel of a car....It might not have had anything to do witth the car. I've seen that kind of behavior before, once I needed to get someone's attention because his tire was almost flat, you would of thought I killed his mother...absolutely bizzarre! I've never engaged a driver since. If they want to get my attention, fine, but I never try too anymore.

Too bad actually.

As they say in Jersey, "Fageddaboudit"...

The guy was obviously a jealous, petty clown so ignore his kind (and there ARE more like him out there). They can't stand the fact that somebody else has something nice (or in the '05's case - NICER) than what they are driving.

When people do that, just smile at them and wave. Nothing will torque them off more than heaping niceness onto their pointy, neanderthal-like heads.

You've got an '05 - his unhappiness, your gain!

Or he could have been a Camaro guy that was forced to drive a Mustang cuz they don't make Camaros anymore and was just venting off some steam.
