Fan Noise From Radio?

Fan Noise From Radio?
I just picked up a 2007 Mustang GT C/S and today sat in it in the garage and with everything off, except the radio, programmed the radio stations. When I turn on the radio with the volume all the way down, I can hear what sounds like a fan running. It is pretty noticeable. Turn the radio off, the noise stops.
I have the stock Shaker 500 radio.
On the other Mustangs I have had, I have never noticed this. Anyone else notice this. Is this normal? Or do I have a replacement fan job task in the future?
