Door and trunk ajar issue after engine swap
 

I did a 2006 GT to a 2008 gt500 engine swap. Currently working out all the little bugs. Right now im having the issue of my door and trunk light ajar staying on regardless of them being closed. I swapped the entire body harness, SJB, ECU, and door harnesses.

Before the complete swap I didnt have the ajar issues with either door or trunk. After the swap now I do. Only thing I did not swap is the sensors for the trunk and doors. Would getting new sensors from the dealership fix this? Or anyone have an idea what could be the issue?

My first guess would be sensor incompatibility...have you checked to see if both models have the same part number?

I was thinking the same thing. Ill have to take the sensors out and the donor car is long gone so I was thinking of using the Vin number of the swap to order the new sensors.
