I told my salesman I really need to test drive a car before buying it too. He said to just order it, I'd only need $100.00 to place the order and I could test drive it when it comes in, no obligation to buy, even if I ordered it. I thought this was very fair.
I'm sorry, but if someone told me $100 to drive, I'd tell him to get bent. What a load of poo! How does this seem fair? $100, no obligation to buy. YOU'RE STILL OUT $100!

What the heck did he expect? I guess if you don't agree with him, you're ignorant, my god, his was the most arrogant post I've read on this site anywhere (But that's just my opinion).

Hey mav just wanted to congratulate you on your new purchase, hope it fits your needs and serves you well.

On the other hand as others have said, it is such a shame that some dealers act like retards when it comes to a test drive and push away a potential sale.

Maybe a 07 Cobra is in your future

Just making our points. Don't like it? Go to the Acura Forums. Are there any?
Why should anyone have to go to the Acura forums just because you don't like the fact that some of us think this has become a worthless dicussion? It seems to me you have an over-developed sense of self-importance in this forum.

Who over there is forcing you to read it, Mark??? The dude didn't understand why I felt his quote was unfair, so I was trying to explain it and I feel Khalid and I finally made it clear. The posts were not even directed at you originally so who has a "over-developed sense of importance" on here now as you so eloquently put it???

By the way, how do you like the 6? That was going to be my next car before I saw this new Stang, and for what it's worth, I think the 6 is a much better buy than the TSX and hey, the interior does not look cheap on the 6 either

Well, kids, I let it go as long as I could, this thread has not only become pointless, but it seems tha it has encouraged a member to leave.
