Stopped at my dealer tonight on the way home. Talked to my salesperson got my VIN number and was told the car is being built on Monday. (I ordered mine on 10/25)
Can some of you who ordered mustangs tell me how long from being built to having it delivered to dealer??

They are telling me I should have it by Christmas do you think this is realistic???
As my delivery date gets closer it’s getting much harder to wait. J

Oh buy the way; got to drive a GT today for the first time, it actually exceeded my expectations.

I would think you should easily have by Christmas. I ordered 10/20 and picked mine up yesterday. Good luck.

Gordon, be READY for it to be here TOMORROW. I thought I had at least two weeks, now I am stuck with no down, and caught completely unawares...

I know there are several people who were surprised with the call "Your car is here" before it was due.

Just keep in mind the date the dealer gave you is for a build week not date, everyone's build date is a Monday, they are giving you the date of the week, so it could just as easily be built on Friday as Monday.

Jessica,
I can only hope..
I just want to be able to drive it home rather then have a flatbed deliver it because of snow.

Hope you get your down payment soon so you can get your car! I'd loose my mind if I had to deal with that too

That would explain why the dealer told me to call next friday for a delivery date.
Gonna be a long week.

I ordered back on 10/15, and the order was bucked on 11/24. Just waiting for the phone call as well. Only thing I need to do is shop around for the best finance rate and drive it on home.
