Back home from 1st roadtrip
i have to say, ANYONE here in california or within driving distance with a mustang MUST go. it is by far THEEEEEEEE most fun city to drive in BAR NONE. one way streets, hills, little traffic during the right time of day...i dont think i've ever had this much fun driving in any city.

i wasn't the one taking the pic here!

Come on now, tell the truth. You own a great looking GT and you went to San Francisco, so I figure you must have driven down the same streets that Steve McQueen did in Bullit? Maybe not as fast, but you had to fly over a few those hills from the movie and take that corner at the bottom of the hill. It's not just a guy thing, it's a Mustang thing.
Nice pixs, I have never been to California. That Lombard Street was painted by Thomas Kinkaid, I almost purchased one of the repros. I would like to visit San F and drive down it someday, but it won't be in one of our Mustang. Too far away, unless I buy an inclosed car hauler someday.
Nice car and thanks for shareing.

Great pics!
Who of us Mustang enthusiasts wouldn't feel at least a bit like Steve McQueen when driving a new Mustang (or any Mustang) through the streets on San Francisco.
I was lucky enough to have the same experience a couple of weeks ago with a V6 rental car - simply beautiful and we definitely still dream of coming back and doing it again

Check out the angle in which this car was parked - I believe this was also very close to Lombard Street
