The manual only calls out the rear windows specifically in the manual, so it should work for convertible door glass as well. From the 2013 manual:
POWER WINDOWS
Pressor lift the switches to operate the windows.
• Press the switch to the first detent and hold to open the window.
• Lift the switch to the first detent and hold to close the window.
One-Touch Up or Down (Front Windows)
This feature automatically opens or closes the window.
Press or lift the switch completely and release. The window will fully open or close.Press or lift it again to stop the window.
Restoring the One-Touch Up Functionality
Note: Perform one-touch up re-calibration withthe door closed.
Calibrating with the door open will cause the window to continuously bounce back.
Functionality may be lost under low battery power conditions.
To reset this function after restoring full battery power:
1.Pull the switch to the one-touch up position.
2.Hold the switch until the glass reaches the stall position and continue to hold for two seconds.
3.Press the switch down and operate the window to the full down position.One-touch up will now be functional.
Bounce-Back
The window will stop automatically while closing and reverse some distance if there is an obstacle in the way.
Overriding the Bounce-Back Feature
Pull up the window switch and hold within two seconds of the window reaching the bounce-back position. The window will travel up with no bounce-back protection. The window will stop if the switch is released before the window is fully closed.
Short Drop Glass (Front Windows)
This feature lowers the glass when either door is opened to improve door efforts and sealing. The glass returns to its closed position when the door is closed.
Re-Calibrating a Window
Note: Perform short drop re-calibration with the doors closed.
Re-calibrating with doors open will cause the window to continuously bounce back.
If a window will not raise again when the door is closed, use the switch to fully raise the window, then hold the switch up for two seconds.
If a window will not lower when the door is opened:
1.Use the switch to fully lower the window, then hold the switch down for two seconds.
2.Immediately after releasing the switch, pull the switch up to fully raise the window and hold the switch up for two seconds.
Rear Power Windows (Convertible Only)
The rear quarter windows are operated by a single switch located at the driver’sdoor window controls.
• Press and hold the switch to open the windows.
• Pull up and hold the switch to close the windows.
Manual Override
The rear quarter window switch will not operate when:
• the convertible top is moving
• the convertible top is not completely up or down.

Tis is an EU version. Maybe that's the reason why it does't works.

1. You did something wrong. - Try it again.
2. You have a different problem.
3. Perhaps the auto-up has been disabled on your car, as a safety issue. - I've never heard of this happening.
To be honest, saying that the re-calibration isn't working...is something I'll never believe unless I see it in person. I also don't think the dealership would have any idea what they're talking about, so I'm extremely skeptical about their opinion.

So, 3 possibilities:
1. You did something wrong. - Try it again.
2. You have a different problem.
3. Perhaps the auto-up has been disabled on your car, as a safety issue. - I've never heard of this happening.

I think everyone here has, and is referring to, an S197. Have you had a 2015 this whole time? This thread is in the S197 section. I think it's time for you to start your own thread...in whatever section is appropriate.

Hello Katfish and MustangGod,
My name is Deysha with Ford Customer service. Katfish, glad to hear you were able to get your window working properly again thanks to our awesome members. MustangGod, the info to re-calibrate the windows is in your owner guide and this info is good for 2005-newer:
Restoring the Express up functionality (Front windows only)
Under low battery power conditions, Express Up only functionality may
be lost. To reset this function after restoring full battery power, pull the
switch to the Express Up position, hold the switch until the glass
reaches the stall position and continue to hold for 2 seconds. Push the
window switch DOWN and operate the window to the full down position.
Express UP will now be functional. Perform Express UP
re-calibration with door closed only. Calibrating with door open
will cause the window to continuously bounce back.
You can also find your owner manual at: https://owner.ford.com/servlet/Conte...&model=Mustang. I hope this helps! Have a great weekend!

My window will not roll down the 1/8". I can open the door okay by pulling hard. However I have to turn car on and roll window down, close passenger door, then roll window up before removing keys from ignition. The issue started a couple months ago. May have happened as a result of having locksmith open vehicle, but not absolutely sure.

Did you try bringing the window all the way down and all the way up while holding the button? That's how you reset the window up/down feature.
You have to keep holding the switch for full travel both ways. If that doesn't work then I'm not sure.

The only other thing that it could be is that your door sensor is not working but you haven't mentioned any issues like the interior lights staying on or anything like that so I kinda ruled that out.
Do both windows not work or just your side?

Well when you are doing that down, hold, up, hold procedure it is supposed to be resetting the window control module so if that is not resetting it I'm going to make the logical assumption that the module is bad. But you know what they say when you assume.

But I would check with your local dealer to verify part numbers and compatibility.
I'm not sure if there is a module in each door or one central one. But if you have one in each dooor I might try swapping them from door to door to see if the problem follows. That would insure that we are on the right track.

Thanks. Excellent. It functions in my 2007 gt. !
its in thew owners maunal. I think you roll the windows down and hold the button down for 2 seconds then roll it up and hold the button up for 2 seconds. I think thats it. But check the book. I have to reset mine way to often. I don't know of any other car you have to do this with.
