well it says in the mag article I got it from that either that or purchase a subscription to the magazine, but when you click on the link for more details it says no purchase neccassary so I dont know, I didnt get to into the rules since I dont live in Canada

well it says "No purchase necessary. Contest for Ontario, Quebec, and Maritimes residents only." So I am assuming you do not need to buy anything, but even if you did $20 and you can have that car. Not a bad deal.
