2005 Mustang, 16k miles, $33,000!
Plus tax = 36630.
I almost laughed when the dealer told me, this for a LL coupe, leather, manual trans GT. Such a shame I can't buy one of these cars up here (Canada) because the people selling used are on crack! I'll be able to get a brand new stripper coupe this next summer for 33 grand plus tax when the "family pricing" promo is on... whine, complain... |
Ha! Ha!
Shame on the dealer! Yesterday I was on www.trader.ca looking @ Stangs (In "Ontario"), and some of the prices were laughable. Used '05's and '06's with "BOSS Stripe Packages" being marked up higher than new '07's! It's a joke. I saw a similar thread a little while ago; it also seems to be happenning in the US. :rofl2:

I'm sure if you look around you can find a legit dealer selling for a good price... if your in the GTA, see my sig

a dealer right near me has an 06 GT leather manual with spoiler delete for $23,000... definnatly look elsewhere.
|
Tell em to stick a fork in it....
Keep looking around, there are decent dealers out there. I bought my 07 this summer for less than some places were asking for their used 05's. MADNESS...... |

Don't make fun of our Canadian money... :bad:
It isn't worth as much as the greenbacks, but at least when i'm intoxicated I will know if I am giving the bartender a $5 or $100 without having to look at the number. I can tell him to "keep the change" with confidence and have money left over for a cab. |
