ok does anyone have any idea if and when the 2005 mustang will make its way to ct. I know it was in mass today and should be headed into ct sometime tommorrow. the web site for the pony drive says lunch in mystic Ct but nothing about times or where in Mystic. I also heard they may stop at Mustangs unlimited however the route on the web site show them no where near mustang unlimited ... any one know anything ????? Please help

Someone said they are a day behind as well... I would give Mustangs Unlimited a call and see when they are expecting them, and you can probably find out from there where they are headed for lunch.

 

Yup Collect my ticket is about right. Any info on about what time it may be there at the seaport or should i just camp out there from 6am till it shows up.

yeah i guess ill have to call mustangs unlimited in the morning and get the low down on the where and when and what nots. ive got the digital camera all warmed up and ready to go ...if i get to see it ill be sure to ask questions and take some pics for all of you

I tried calling Mustang's Unlimited today and could not get an answer.

I also called Bob Valenti Auto mall, who is listed as the sponsoring dealer for the Mystic stop. I spoke to their sales manager, very nice guy, who said that the Mustang Tour will NOT be stopping at Valenti auto mall. The tour will be visiting Mystic Seaport as part of the GAPDII, but as far as he knew they would NOT be unloading the 05 off the trailer in CT.

I also question the stop at Mustang's Unlimited, it is way out of the way for the GAPDII to go from Foxboro to Mustang's Unlimited and then to Mystic Seaport.

So based on that info, I went to Foxboro this evening to see it. With the Ford engineer on hand to answer questions, it was worth the trip.

It looks like your only option may be to go to NJ on Sunday AM - see the topic about this here elsewhere here.
