Help/suggestions? Please

So I'm installing a Steeda underdrive pulley kit, but I'm having trouble removing the bolts for the water pump pulley. When I try to turn them the pulley just turns even with the belt under tension.

Thanks, I tried that, but no luck. It still just spins.

I actually realized there was a much easier way than what's in the video.
