Clutch cable
What's the best aftermarket adjustable clutch cable?
|
Steeda makes a decent one. Order two though. They like to break. Don't matter what brand.

Yea I have read that about the cables factory one isn't broke just a lil stretched
|
I haven't heard much good about the adjustable cables, I'd stick with a normal one. The adj ones are apparently really bad about stretching.

Maximum Motorsports. They make an adjustable kit with the OEM Ford Cable. The Ford cable is absolutely the best you can buy. Do not buy any other one or in a couple years you'll be replacing it. Ask me how I know lol.

Would I need to replace the quadrant also since its still the original one on the car?

I'm running a stock cable. Steeda quadrant and firewall adjuster. You will be amazed how well just a new stock cable will feel. Firewall adjuster should help you dial it in to where you want the cable set.

I belive i have and adjuster in my 01 cobra but have no idea how it works

Thanks for the tips
