Trick flow

Does anyone know how much extra power a trick flow intake would cost and how much more power would it give me on my 88 GT? Thanks

Not a whole lot by it self. But once you do full hci you will see bigger gains. On a completely stock motor I would only expect gains of 5-10 hp. But with supporting mods you can see alot more.

Awesome thanks. I will keep that in mind. I'm putting a t-5 back in it, the people I bought it from had tried to put an auto in it and didn't do a very good job. Then I need to find a three wire connector for the alternator. Havin a blast doin it tho

slight gains like stated more in the upper rpm range and there will be a better throttle response feel. look into doing a mass air conversion if not already done for future modding. The trick flow top end kit is a nice matched kit for the sbf and makes a nice street motor.

Thanks for the advice. In fixing the speedometer cable on the transmission side. Is it easier to just change the whole cable or is it just as easy just to change the end?

Not enough to feel with the butt dyno. It is however a slight increase and every little bit adds up over time.
