Motorweek was Maryland based and their testing was done at 75-80 Dragway in Monrovia, MD. Sadly that drag strip shut down. Also note they claimed Ford was developing a new 4.6 V8 for the 92 Mustang but that didn't actually show up until the 96 model year.
